This is a factory made wig. It is suitable for a standard size medium head which measures at 21.5-22.5 inches . If your head size is either smaller or larger this unit will not fit. Alternatively you can order a 4Rinn Beauties Custom unit using your exact head measurements. It is our advise that you measure your head before ordering any of our wigs. We will not be responsible for wigs not fitting
